Powder Brows

Semi-permanent makeup technique used to create a soft, powdered effect

1 h 30 min
240 British pounds

Treatment Description

The powder brow effect is done using a shading technique using a permanent makeup device, which is similar to a tattoo gun. The machine, along with powder brows, can also create an 'ombré' effect. Instead of creating the block pencilled brow, ombré brows fade from block to a light shade. The machine is the most effective method to cover previous microblade work. Dependant upon the previous pigment used, the size of the brow work and how faded the pigment is, powder brows are the best method at a cover up. *If you have previous work, the appointment would still be the FULL treatment cost. I only colour boost/top-up my own work* The Semi-permanent process consists of two appointments, the £240.00 fee includes both. The first appointment comprises of marking out and mapping the brows with an eyebrow pencil to create a stencil that will be followed during the tattooing process. This will be perfected at your 'say so'. Next, the colour pigment will be decided. After this, The pigment will then be planted into the skin using semi-permanent tools. When complete, the immediate results will be unto 50% darker than the final desired look. Within the healing process, over the following weeks, loss of pigment and shape is to be expected. This is due to the skin pushing out the 'foreign body' aka, the pigment. Four to eight weeks later, a 'top up' session will be arranged (included in the overall price). If you feel any alterations need to be made in relation to shape or colour, this can be done so at this appointment. The pigment will be implanted into the skin for a second time where the results will be more permanent. The same results can be expected in the healing process however this time the pigment will not be pushed out, fully. (A colour boost session will be needed 12 - 18 months later at a separate cost) *Before booking an appointment for semi-permanent brow treatments, please book in for a 'consultation' first to discuss whether this treatment would best suit your needs*
